The year 2007 will mark our 47th year of serving our customers’ needs and we look forward to it with great anticipation. The year 2006 was very successful with record sales months dotting the calendar. In 2006, we introduced several new products to the Bur-Lane line including AwardMark, our new laserable product for trophies & awards. We also introduced Image Maker clear lenses for name badges. Our highly successful fabrication department is also expanding, as well as all three warehouses in order to serve you better.

We continue to live by our mission statement:
To develop a company that people enjoy doing business with – a company that strives to earn customer trust and loyalty.
We continue to have our telephones answered by people who are committed to serving our customers’ needs and developing trust in the customer-vendor relationship. Our sales slogan “Who Do You Identify With?” has relevance to the types of products we carry, but more importantly it has to do with the personal relationships we develop with our customers. Quite often at trade shows, we have customers visit our booth and identify themselves as such by saying “I buy from Peggi”, “I buy from Sam, Dee, or Christian” or one of our customer service representatives. People buy from people, and our customers demonstrate that they enjoy the personal attention and relationships they develop with our repre- sentatives. It is that type of personal service that allows our customers to know they can trust Bur-Lane to handle their orders in the manner expected, each with the importance they deserve.
