Rowmark would like to inform you that our vendor continues to work on their manufacturing quality issues for all white MATES and magMATES products but has yet to find a feasible solution. As a result, Rowmark is anticipating that we will be out-of-stock of these items until the end of the year. At this time all orders currently on backorder will be canceled and deleted from our system. Rowmark will not accept new orders for the above products until all items are in stock and we are confident that the supplier can provide a quality product.

Many of the white MATES and magMATES products are available in a variety of metallic finishes which your customers may find as suitable alternatives. We do not have an alternative source for these materials and recognize the inconvenience this can create for your customer. We will keep you informed of any progress made to produce a product that meets our quality requirements.
